Hosted by Darrell Vesterfelt, a growth strategist who scaled ConvertKit from $1M to $7M in 15 months, and Corey Wilks, PsyD, a clinical psychologist and executive coach who has helped hundreds of founders break through the patterns quietly sabotaging their success.

Together, they have built a diagnostic that maps the outer blockers in your business against the inner blockers in your psychology and shows you exactly where they intersect.

How It Works

Two Days. Two Diagnostics. One Plan.

Day One: The Diagnostic

The room opens with a single question: "What has been getting in your way that you've been too close to see?"

You'll say it out loud. Most people have never been asked that directly before, and most are surprised by what comes out when they answer honestly.

From there, Corey guides you through identifying your primary Horseman. This is the fear-based pattern that has been quietly running your decisions for years, disguised as a strategy, discipline, or productivity problem. Darrell guides you through identifying your primary Growth Blocker, the non-obvious constraint that is actually limiting your business, not the surface-level one you've been trying to fix.

By the end of Day One, you'll see the connection between the two for the first time. You'll understand why the thing you keep avoiding in your business is the exact thing your psychology has been protecting you from. Then, to celebrate everything you've uncovered throughout the day, you'll join your fellow founders for a group dinner (on us).

Day Two starts where Day One ended. Except now the room is different.

Today is all about applying what you've uncovered and building with intention.

The day closes the same way it opened: you'll say out loud what you're committing to when you leave the room. Same people. Same room. Forty-eight hours apart.

Every founder is held back by at least one of four limiting beliefs:
